Disinfects without stinging and supports wound healing
Bepanthen Plus is a colourless antiseptic cooling cream. Applied to
superficial wounds, it prevents or combats infection and promotes
healing.
Bepanthen Plus contains chlorhexidine, an antiseptic which is active
against bacteria present on the skin or in contaminated wounds and which
is therefore capable of preventing or controlling wound infection.
Use Bepanthen Plus for the following:
any type of minor wound at risk of infection, including abrasions, small cuts and scratches, fissures, mild burns, sores; infected skin irritations; cracked nipples during breastfeeding; on medical prescription only: chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, decubitus ulcers (pressure sores) and operation wounds.

How to apply

Apply Bepanthen Plus to cleaned wounds or inflamed skin areas one or more times daily until complete healing is achieved.

Bepanthen Plus Cream is applied as a thin layer.The wounds to be treated may be left uncovered or a dressing may be applied.

Always comply with the dosage specified in the package insert or prescribed by your doctor. If you think that the medicine is having too weak or too strong an effect consult your doctor or pharmacist/chemist.

Bepanthen Plus contains chlorhexidine, an antiseptic which is active against bacteria present on the skin or in contaminated wounds and which is therefore capable of preventing or controlling wound infection.

Bepanthen Plus also contains the active ingredient dexpanthenol, which is rapidly converted in the skin to pantothenic acid, a vitamin that accelerates the formation of new tissue and enhances scar solidity.
